In a case of professional malpractice charges against retired executives, a non-transfer decision was made
Retired executives are liable to be sued by the company for breach of trust or embezzlement.
In defense of OOO who was exposed to this risk, we received a non-transfer (clear of suspicion) decision at the police investigation stage.
