Advice on the Foreign Direct Investment through Share Swap

K1 Chamber successfully provided advice on transaction documents and foreign exchange reports in connection with a foreign direct investment through a share swap of shares issued by a Korean company against shares issued by a Singapore company, followed by another share swap of shares issued by the Singapore company against shares issued by a Cayman Islands company, which are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ market.
