• advised Toolgen for 3rd generation genome editor techs including CRISPR CAS9 & CJ CAS9a

Antitrust:

• handled Marine Hose international cartel case Yokohama Rubber Company

• represented and advised Tech MNE’s including IBM, Apple, MS and McAfee on trade practice cases

Digital Economy:

• advised on regulatory issues for KASA, a revolutionary block chain tech based digital real property transaction platform company, and many others

Bankruptcy:

• advised Hudson Advisors, a Lone Star company, for its NPL business in the IMF situation in Korea

• mediated Pentax vs. Samsung Techwin (patent infringement case resolving US court cases) and build the parties as strategic alliance (collective legal fee of the two companies exceeded 30M USD)
